As the designer on this project I was asked to represent all of the disciplines associated within the master plan and make it into a comprehensive and coherent document.
I worked with the managing director, project managers, design heads of multiple fields and support staff to collaborate all the necessary information to design the master plan book.
The original files were from CAD and to scale. They were converted into the necessary formats so they could be used in multiple graphic software. Whenever an item changed in the civil documents it had a knock on effect with all of the other disciplines, which resulted in multiple items within the book having to be reproduced on an already tight schedule.
The first draft of the book was finished on time; the findings were presented to Boeing and BRPH Companies, Inc., won an $800 million contract for the design/build proposal.
